As precious as its name, “Son Kissed” is a spacious three-story home. Located in Destin, on the Gulf of Mexico, this rental is within the Destiny by the Sea community. Its best feature? The Gulf is within view from all three balconies.

The living area is cozy with over-stuffed furniture, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace to add ambiance to your stay. Just steps away from the living area is a full-stocked kitchen with a chef-inspired gas stove, dual ovens, and a most-thoughtful coffee bar! The open concept design means no one will miss out on any of the lively conversations. A full-sized laundry room anticipates the needs of a large group of renters.
The dining area seats ten comfortably, and there’s even a patio and gas grill provided to enjoy locally harvested seafood.

The first floor has a well-thought-out area for families. One king bedroom has a TV, large ensuite bath, and a bunk room that enables oversight of young children. There’s a second king bedroom with a bathroom that has an over-sized shower. But it’s the double-queen bedroom that displays design thought. It has two queen beds, a seating area for TV viewing, as well as a kitchenette, and a small patio. It’s perfect for a family with small children to have the comforts of home.

On the second floor, there is a half-bath and a balcony to enjoy views of the charming neighborhood.
But it’s the third-floor primary bedroom that will captivate your heart. The king bed faces a romantic fireplace and flat-screen TV. There’s an expansive balcony to enjoy and another seating area. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks, and glassed-in shower. On the landing, there’s a convenient desk area.
Just steps away is the community pool, which also features a hot tub. So get sun-kissed at Son Kissed, but don’t forget to golf, shop, and dine all along Scenic 98.

    This property was perfect for our two families, with kids ranging from 1-16. The extra large kitchen, two balconies, huge amount of beach toys, wagon, chairs, etc was so helpful. The beach closet to store your items was an added bonus. The walk to the beach is short, and being in a gated area made us feel safe. The private beach is an added bonus and not over crowded. The upstairs master was breathtaking. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

    Son Kissed was a beautiful property with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. Stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and beds, beach toys and starter packs for the kitchen and baths.

    Beautiful property, well furnished and well stocked with anything you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Loved the beach closet with toys and chairs for the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Loved the chef stove! Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Security guards got to know us after day 1 and always welcomed us back home after a day of exploring.

    Wonderful beach house! This was our second year staying here. It’s perfect for multiple families and a very short walk to the beach.

    The house was perfect ! There were two families with a total of 7 people. It was was well cleaned upon our arrival with enough space for everyone to spread out. The view of the water from the patios was one of my favorite things while relaxing. They had everything we needed, including a closet with beach supplies and chairs . It even had bucket with shovels for the 7 year old to enjoy the sand. The access to the beach (a quick stroll down the street) and the pool (across the street) were perfect. The 3rd floor Primary suite was a wonderful retreat. We would definitely book this property again.

    Son kissed is awesome, perfectly located literally a few hundred yards from a "private beach". Most days we felt like the only ones on the beach. The house itself is well laid out and well equipped. We only have a couple small issues...only one towel hook in each bathroom. When you have 8 people there is a lot of towels dropped over showers abd hanging on door knobs. The middle bedroom does not have a dresser for clothes. We were there 8 nights and the guests in that room had no place for their clothes.
    Over all we had a great time and will rent this house again.
