“The Sleeping Queens” is a gorgeous three story, 4 bedroom home that is equipped with high-end designer furnishings, luxury décor, and has a prime location to enjoy everything the Gulf has to offer.

Located on scenic 30A in the Prominence community, this beautiful home features a main living area, located on the second floor, and features ample space to entertain. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. With all the cooking items you could ever need, this home is the perfect spot for large families and friend groups looking to make lasting memories. From here, take your food into the dining room or grab a seat in the living area equipped with oversized sectional, comfy chairs, and a flat screen TV. There is a covered balcony which features multiple seating options, views of the community pool, and ceiling fans.

The home features three beautiful guest rooms including a bunk room on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third. The first floor also houses a stylish den and spa-like bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms on the third floor share a hall bathroom. The third floor also houses the master suite with a large seating area, flat screen TV, private balcony access, and spa-like en suite bath and large walk-in closet.

Take the provided 6-seat golf cart to one of the two the private community pools, The Big Chill for food and fun, and to the Gulf.

About the Community of Prominence
Prominence on 30A wants to be a prominent part of your next vacation getaway! Prominence has a large community pool with arching fountains, zero entry for the little ones, and lush palm trees for that tropical feel. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal at the large summer kitchen by the pool after you work up a sweat in the complimentary fitness center located poolside. Prominence on 30A provides complementary shuttle service for access to the beach exclusively for all guests, running from Memorial Day to Labor day. This service is operated 7 days a week, from 9AM to 4PM.

This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, just walk across the street to The Big Chill --which is the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful scenic highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more! Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    The house is amazing. Beautiful white! Beautiful vibe inside and out! It was a delight to have a 6 seater golf cart. The hub in the neighborhood was easy to get to walking or by golf cart. Great shops, restaurants within walking distance at the hub. Loved the big screen in the hub to watch sports and family movies. I would suggest bringing a few extra items for the beach. The house has good beach chairs, but low on beach toys and umbrella was broken. The beach is an easy drive down 30a on the golf cart and not crowded. I was bummed the neighborhood pool closes at 6 pm and was not heated. The house was fully stocked with every kitchen item you need. The patios were great and you can eat outside. The beds were comfy. My kids want to go back next year. Perfect house just a few miles from various beach accesses. The My Haven staff was great. We needed a propane tank because the grill was empty and they delivered within an hour of my call.

    Great Girls Trip

    We recently rented the property for a "Girls" long weekend. The property was gorgeous and a great location. The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and clean. The golf cart was perfect for quick jaunts to the Hub and beach. Having such a great place to stay really added to a fabulous trip. Couple items to note. The wifi was spotty. The gateway may just need to be rebooted. Also, the golf cart seemed to have trouble holding a charge. It could have been the plug. If the cord is not tightly fit into the car outlet, it will not charge properly. Other than that, the cart ran great.

    The house was fantastic and perfect for our family. It is a brand new build and lots of new construction around it. The location is great and very close to The Hub which we enjoyed numerous times. The house is tastefully and beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked as we cooked in almost every meal but no real extras. The golf cart is a life saver as the location to the beach is actually a good mile away and not as close as we thought. Also, there are some beach equipment but consist of 4 chairs, small umbrella and little bucket. So you need to bring your own. Any problems we ran into they were quick to respond and/or fix. The pool right in the backyard is a good break from the beach. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again for sure.

    Prominence- what a great vacation! We loved the location on 30A, spent every day at the pool or beach, and headed over to the HUB multiple times to watch the games on their jumbo tvs or to get snacks. The kids loved the area and the adults had plenty to enjoy too!
