Sea-Esta is a three story large home featuring a private pool, hot tub, and balconies facing the iconic emerald waters of the Gulf.

This home offers 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and sleeps 14 comfortably. On this trip, you can bring the whole family or your entire friend group. The ground floor offers 4 bedrooms with 7 beds and 2 full baths with plenty of space and privacy for your entire group. However, the master on the third floor is the star of the show, offering a spacious room, king bed, fireplace, balcony and en suite bath. This spa-like bathroom features a jacuzzi bath and tiled, walk-in shower. There is also another guest bedroom upstairs with an en suite bath.

The second floor is your command center on this Destin trip. The open concept design features a large living room with ample seating, fireplace, flat screen TV, and access to a full balcony. Just off the living space is a dining area that seats 8 comfortably, and with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, the entire family can share meals and laughs.     The house was beautiful with ocean views.
    The pool and hot tub was the perfect addition to a fun family vacation. The house had plenty of space for all of us. Gated Community. Great location.

    This house was exactly what we wanted for the winter break despite being too big for a small family. Not willing to risk anything on vacation in terms of covid exposure, we looked for a house on the beach with its own heated pool. While not exactly on the beach, it is close enough. It was unusually cold this late December but the warm pool made up for it. A reminder, call the management company and have them turn on the pool heater at least couple of work days ahead of arrival as we learnt that too late! DoorDash and grocery pickup will minimize your risk of people contact. Gated community and private beach are added attractions. We didn’t actually do much else on this relaxing vacation: board games, beach walks, pool time and watching movies on the big screen in the gorgeous living room. House is clean, well equipped (they should throw in some placemats to protect the nice dining table) and we will return. Management company is very responsive. Having to count the silly pool wrist bands for community pool as you check in to the house under the threat of $25 or $75 fine for each “lost” band (there were 11 instead of 16) is annoying- especially when we didn’t want to use them. Otherwise, very professional outfit. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends and family.

    I really enjoyed our stay. We had 4 couples that went down for my wife’s birthday. We had plenty of space and everything was really nice. Just a short walk to the beach. We had one issue with the pool being dirty but with one phone call that was taken care of quickly and we enjoyed our time in the pool. I would stay here again!
