Welcome to MyTy, where vacation dreams come true.

Located in ‘Destiny by the Sea’, a luxury gated community, MyTy is within 20 ft. of the private beach and emerald waters on Destin’s Gulf Coast. MyTy offers all beach needs: chairs, toys, pool toys, coolers. Four bicycles are also included for your enjoyment.

MyTy is a 4300 sq. ft. home with two additional 1700 sq. ft. outside wraparound balconies on level 2 and 3 that offer plenty of seating to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. MyTy has an elevator, 5 ½ bathrooms and 7 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 18. Every room has free internet access and streaming channels along with high speed internet. All bathrooms include hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, and full mirrors.

First Floor:
When you walk into the main entrance, this sets the stage for the elegance and color you will experience throughout MyTy. This floor has 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and each has a wall mounted TV. There is also a wet bar, a mini frig and coffee pot. The spacious laundry area has two large capacity washers and dryers along with a utility sink and ironing board. There is also a door leading to an outside shower for removing sand from a day at the beach. The 1600 sq. ft. private heated pool and hot tub area (heating charges extra) includes lounge chairs, tables, and highback chairs perfect for entertaining. The beautifully landscaped area includes a natural gas grill.

Second Floor:
By stairs or elevator, the second floor provides a living room area with colorful furnishings and décor. The large wall mounted TV and gas fireplace allow for lounging, gathering or entertaining guests. The newly remodeled kitchen contains everything desired for even the best of chefs, including a separate ice maker for added convenience. A large dining table along with counter seating and a breakfast/game table will easily seat all meals. This area includes a guest half bath.

Directly off the main living area are two entrances to the spacious 1600 sq. ft. wrap around balcony with seating and tables that allow for a spectacular view of the emerald water and the famous sunsets that Destin is known for. This area has a second gas grill for convenience allowing accessibility to the kitchen.

The second floor has the first of MyTy’s three master king suites. Each of MyTy’s master suites have exceptionally large bathroom areas complete with walk-in glass shower and a separate spa/tub. Each of the bathrooms have a sitting area, hair dryer, makeup mirror, a full-length mirror, and a huge walk-in closet complete with an ironing board. Each suite also has a private balcony with table and seating for relaxation and quiet.

Third Floor:
The third floor leads you to a common area including a wet bar, mini frig, coffee pot, TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. Off the common area is a bunkroom with sleeping for four with wall mounted TV and an Xbox entertainment center.

The third floor has two master king suites. The north suite has the same sleeping, seating, large bathroom with walk-in shower, spa/tub and private balcony as the suite on the second floor.
The executive king suite on the third floor has a cozy gas fireplace, large walk-in shower, a spa/tub and two large makeup areas with seating. There is a make-up mirror, hair dryer, and full-length mirror. This suite has a walk out 1700 sq ft. wrap around balcony complete with seating and tables. The view of the stunning natural beauty of the gulf from the room and balcony is both breathtaking and relaxing.

    My Ty was the best fit for our family. It accommodated 10 adults and 5 little ones from 4 thru 1 . Had every thing our family needed. Had an incredible time!

    Our family had a great time! We had 18 for 11 days and some of those days were very cold. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. This property is in a gated community, it felt safe and it was just across the road from the golf. Loved it!

    My Ty is one of the more beautiful homes we've ever rented. The decor is awesome and the location was perfect. We had some challenges with a few items at first but that's always the case for rentals. The staff that handled the property were extremely polite and took care of the issues. That's all we could expect. We would definitely recommend the home and the My Vacation Haven management group to anyone.

    My Ty was absolutely amazing! It was beyond what we expected. The location was perfect. The amenities were wonderful. Having our own private pool was fantastic. We never used the community pool. Being located right across from the beach access was so convenient. We were concerned about being too exposed while lounging at our pool but it was not an issue at all. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the top floor but management sent someone out immediately and they took care of the issue on the spot. We could not have scripted a better family vacation! We will definitely be coming back to My Ty!

    Absolutely loved the house. It was so well stocked as it had every kitchen item you can think of or need. We had 5 couples for a well needed get away. We were unable to go last year so great experience and needed for sure. Parking was a little difficult as the cars in the driveway can not hang over onto the sidewalk which was difficult for any car other than a compact but we had a wonderful time and the pool was a real plus.

    We’ve been vacationing in Destin for the past 20 plus years. This is by far the best rental. The kitchen is completely stocked. No need to bring anything! Having two sets of washer/dryer makes it so much easier. The beds were comfy and the pool is perfect. We’ve already reserved our stay for next summer!

    It was wonderful! The house was the most equipped house we have stayed in and we have been coming to Destiny by the Sea for 12yrs or more! The house is beautiful with a warm feeling.

    This is our 2nd year at Destiny By the Sea. We absolutely love the location. My Ty was a beautiful home , extremely well stocked kitchen, and well stocked beach toys. There were very few issues during our stay. We never received a code that worked the front door and we were not told we would be responsible for any lost bracelets. Count your bracelets upon entering and upon leaving. The other issues the Management Team handled very promptly.
