About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     This place was amazing. Comfortable bed, good size tv, the beach amenities they provided for the room were a plus, and the view was pretty nice. Also, very close to the beautiful beach of Miramar

    Location and amenities were great! Pool was beautiful as was the beach. If you have never stayed in a resort community like Sandestin, I would recommend first to familiarize yourself with how a gated resort works!

    Should have informed us beach chairs and umbrella were included. Good sized TV for room. Nice foam mattress. Short walk to beach.

    The bed was extremely comfortable. Really didn’t have a view of the beach but it was a great room. We had an issue with the coffee pot but they brought a replacement quickly. Pools and grounds were beautiful. A short walk to the beach.

    Room was clean & quiet. King size bed and single pull out couch. location to beach was great. Does not have a balcony or face the beach but enjoyed the property has pool, basketball court, put put golf.

    The room and the property were great. I recommend booking directly through the property mgmt. company (My Vacation Haven) instead of through or other travel sites. glitched and tried to charge me $984 in fees and surcharges on a $300 bill for 3 nights. And took forever to get it fixed. But the management company was very helpful in getting that resolved. The only issue I had during the stay was with the door codes. Each day the door code changed and I had to call the property manager to get it fixed to get back in my room. Wasn't a big problem but very aggravating.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Luau II the first week of Narch 2019
    Everything I needed was available in the lock out Suite on floor ten the security of the parking garage was important to me!
    I always use and enjoy the sunset deck. Works well at sunrise also
    I’m not a swimmer, so did not mind that weather did not really encourage me to use the lovely pool !
    The price was very fair for the quality and lovely decor I enjoyed

    The location was perfect, the room was very clean and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, beach chairs, and extra linens. Up on the 11th floor, there is a sunset terrace that you can see everything. The pool area was very nice and it was close to beach. We would stay here again! ������⛱⛱⛱������

    For a studio, it felt very roomy and comfortable. It was VERY clean and nicely furnished. The tv was just huge, and such a nice touch to have that. I would recommend it highly, and I would definitely stay there again!

    The stay, location and property condition was all excellent. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the management company was the following: reserving and payment was flawless, check-in instructions had information from my July stay and check out instructions were a bit confusing as they came on a Thursday stating check out was tomorrow but our checkout was not until Saturday. I also received a call asking when I was going to arrived a day after my wife and daughter were already there. small thinks but still confusing
