This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and full sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious en suite bath is equipped with two entry doors, which makes hosting a breeze, plus a tub/shower combo with handrails. Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     The location is great, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Be ware, this is not beach front. You can get a glimpse of the ocean, but you cannot see the beach. The condo is lovely, but the living room furniture was extremely sandy and the mattress badly needs to be replaced.

    The pictures don't do this place justice! The view out the main window at sunset is perfect! The condo is beautiful! We were there for a wedding with friends that stayed all over in Sandestin, and all said ours was the best! I agree!! Location is great! Everything is great!

    We loved this unit. Super clean and beachy. Overlooks the best pool in the resort. Short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurant. Amazing golf course access. Would definitely rent this condo again!

    My husband and I had a very relaxing time by the pool. Poolside is gorgeous. I wrote a review in the homeowners guest book. What a nice idea! I should have left this part of the review there . I wish there had been a full length mirror to see what you were wearing and our preference is for a firmer mattress. None of these are that important. The unit was just renovated beautifully just before we arrived. Hope to come back next year!!

    Wonderful condo, clean great views close to the beach. Location is outstanding all the amenities you would need great pool owner was very responsive. Would stay here again.!!! Play on the last-minute trip will definitely come back to the condo!!!
