    The house is the closest to the beach within Magnolia Cottages. The set up was great, plenty of towels and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. My only recommendations would be it is time to change out that master bedroom mattress and pillows. It was pretty uncomfortable. Also there is charcoal grill. The listing didn't specify the type of Grill. The grates of the grill were nasty and nothing left behind to clean the grates.
    Lastly the kitchen is well stocked there are almost too many sets of pots and pans, they have locked up the only pantry space. There is not a single cabinet,drawer or place to put any groceries, non perishables, spices. For a family that planned to cook it was very limiting to have to line up groceries on the one counter meant for prep space, also made for a lot of clutter.

    This would not prevent us from renting again we just know to ask different questions on the future. The decor was beatiful , bathrooms were spacious, plenty of hot water for the family.

    Our vacation rental was everything we could have hoped for. The property managers were kind and accommodating with any and all questions or needs we may have had. We would love to return one day. The proximity to the beach was the highlight! Beautiful space, perfect location, and kind management.

    We fit 2 families of 4 since the kids could all fit in the bunk room. Great common area and access to beach. Would recommend.

    Excellent location close to the sand
    Our only complaint was the extremely malodorous garbage cans outside. Otherwise the property was excellent and stay was perfect.

    Lovely home in a great spot. Enjoyed the stand-alone cottage and associated privacy. Private access to beach was appreciated, but there's a bit of a walk on the beach to get to a non-private area. For our week-long stay, we would've appreciated brooms to sweep up, more trash can liners, dishwasher soap and can liners to keep the place clean.

We appreciate you letting us know about there not being brooms as most properties have some kind of broom or vaccuum. In terms of the starter supplies, every property comes with the same setup. Many visitors bring extra bags, laundry and dish tabs, etc. from home, and others purchase them during their stay.     My family and I had an outstanding time staying on 30A. The home is very clean. The home is decorated well, spacious, and centrally located to everything, including the beach.
