With the addition of 2 golf carts for personal use, plus parking for 3 cars, this bayside gem is the place to be on any Gulf vacation.

Unit 310 is a two story townhome that offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This rental is the perfect option for large family and friend groups looking to enjoy the sun, the golf courses, and everything else the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® has to offer. The first floor features an open concept floor plan with full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, and 6-person dining table. With the addition of the breakfast bar, you can host up to 9 comfortably. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch, fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is also a reading nook under the stairs that offers fabulous views of the lake. Just off this space, head out to your private patio equipped with chairs, table, and grill, along with a spacious side yard for outdoor play! Start your morning slow as the sun comes up over the course or grill up a great meal for family and friends. The first floor also features a guest bedroom and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo.

Take the open riser stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find the master suite featuring a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath equipped with double vanity and tub/shower combo. This room also comes with a bonus space that overlooks the fairway. The second guest room is just down the hall and features a private bath with tub/shower combo. Sleeping up to 10 comfortably, everyone will have the space and privacy they need for a memorable trip.

    The property was good overall. It was clean and very spacious. There was a few minor issues, but they were quickly addressed. The two golf carts were old and although they worked, they need to be replaced.
    Staying at this property allowed us access to Sandestin beach at the Hilton hotel right across from our property. This was a big plus.
    The beach umbrellas and chairs were old and damaged. We reported and got brand new umbrella and two chairs the next morning.
    There was not a hair dryer in the property, so we got one to use.
    We would stay at this property again. I would rate this at 4.5 stars.

    Our family had a wonderful stay.. Fairway 310 was fully stocked with everything we needed, very clean, and our family of 7 had plenty of room! I will say our favorite thing about our stay were the golf carts. We used them everyday and was able to take them just about everywhere we needed to go & the location of our stay was perfect.. we were right across the street from the pool.
    We loved Baytowne wharf.. we took advantage of all the events they held during our week there.. fireworks, outdoor movie, magic show, etc.

    Our family vacations in Florida every year.. we’ve stayed in areas like sanibel, Bonita springs, St. George.. but this is our first time staying in the destin area & the water is the bluest we have ever seen.. it’s is very beautiful! We will definitely be back!

    My family & I had the best time during our stay in Sandestin! We loved the fact that we were just a golf cart ride away from everything! Our vacation property was very clean, beautiful and stocked with everything we needed.. we went to Baytowne wharf and enjoyed all the different events they held throughout the week (fireworks, outdoor movie, magic show, etc.).. we also enjoyed the swimming pools & our kids enjoyed the splash pad they have down at the grande boulevard.. we vacation in Florida every year in places like sanibel, fort myers, St. George, and I have to say, we have NEVER seen blue water as beautiful as we did in the Destin are. This is the perfect place to go!

    We over packed!!! We were expecting a small limit of towels and not having any kitchen essentials, etc. I was SHOCKED when I opened the cabinet and found more towels than I had at home. The kitchen had all of the essentials of home. I loved the ability to experience the HUGE resort on the golf carts. This stay is definitely a do-over!!!

    Wonderful vacation! We had a great annual couples golf weekend at Fairways 310. We loved having two golf carts so when we wanted to head to the Village, our husbands still had a golf cart cart to take up to the course or the restaurants. We will be back next year!
