Walk in and surround yourself with views of coastal delight both inside and out! Large balconies accompanied by large glass doors and windows offer natural light and bountiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and greater Destin area From either of the two 17th floor balconies you can start your day or wind it down taking in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.

Host up to 8 guests in style and ample comfort with this beach retreat’s open floor plan. High end furnishing in neutral, coastal hues make relaxing inside a breeze. Relax, dine and cook together between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Each are surrounded with large windows and balcony access to those beautiful views.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, natural stone counter tops and a four-seat breakfast bar. A large pantry, plenty of counter space and the additional breakfast bar space will make meal prep, serving and clean-up easy – which means more time for the beach!

The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and an en-suite master bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower and oversized soaker tub. The two guest bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms, providing each guest with maximum privacy. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony, and the 3rd bedroom has a brand new set of bunk beds with two full size mattresses providing sleeping space for 4 people. There is also a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area so this condo will accommodate a total of 8 people.

    My favorite part was the balcony and the view! Coffee in the morning and wine at night. The location of Ariel Dunes can’t be beat. The accommodations were great. My husband and two sons were very happy with the unit I chose for our fall break.

    Everything was beautiful. I love the view from the 17th floor. Can't wait stay in the exam unit again. The pics does no justice. You have to see for yourself. It's the garden tub that did it for me. The master bathroom was to die for. I was in heaven for 3 nights.

    The condo was amazing! Beautiful view from large balcony, Short walk to White sandy beach, Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the towels in the bathroom. I definitely plan to stay here again on future trips.

    The vacation condo was great. It was clean and most importantly the beds were comfortable. It was fully equipped for cooking and a there were all the items needed for the trip to the beach! We love this place and will definitely rent it again on future stays in Destin.
