Bahia
Bahia is located steps from The Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort and next to the Baytowne Conference Center. Bahia has 112 units and opened in 2005 and is built along the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Community Guest Features: gated underground parking, lagoon shaped pool with sloped entry – great for children, hot tub, children’s pool, 2 elevators, ice machine and trash chute on each floor, use of fitness center at the Grand Sandestin, sorry no luggage carts are provided for guest use, vending (soft drinks) pool side and laundry area on 1st floor.

Bayou Village
Bayou Village is located on the bayside in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Vacation Rentals are nestled overlooking the Links Golf Course or a large lagoon.
Community Guest Features: Convenient guest parking in front of Villa. Guests have use of 2 Sandestin® Resort pools. Trash pickup is curbside.

Beachside One
Beachside One is located in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort and is a very popular beachfront vacation rental building. It was the first beachfront building built on the beach in Sandestin® and has a total of 99 units.
Community features: lobby area, luggage carts, two elevators, gated parking area, gated beach entrance, large heated (year round) swimming pool, fitness room in building, trash chutes on every floor and complimentary wi-fi available for all guests.

Beachside Two 
Beachside Two is beachfront and located in the Sandestn® Golf and Beach Resort and is adjacent to the popular Finz Restaurant.
Community Guest Features: spacious lobby, gated upper and covered parking area, gated beach access, 3 elevators, luggage carts, large heated pool, grilling area poolside, fitness equipment, community lounge, ice machine, trash chutes on every floor and complimentary wi-fi. During Peak Season guests are required to wear a provided pool bracelet to use the pool.

Beachwalk Villas
Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the Beachside of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, Beachwalk Villas are 2 story condominiums that have private patios overlooking the lake.
Community Guest Features: Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area, fish right out your door. Complimentary wi-fi available for all guests. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to the Market Shops and approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Elation
Elation, the most recent addition to The Village of Baytowne Wharf community, is located along the Choctawhatchee Bay near the Village’s Bahia, Lasata and Grand Sandestin properties and the resort’s Baytowne Conference Center. Its convenient Village location also places guests near the heart of the resort – the animated boutiques and eateries of Baytowne Wharf.

Grand Sandestin

Le Jardin
Situated in a beautiful row along a peaceful courtyard within the lively Village of Baytowne Wharf, Le Jardin is one of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort’s most unique and luxurious properties. Le Jardin is comprised of three-story brick townhomes inspired by the South’s most storied cities such as New Orleans and Charleston. The newest Hi-rise buildings on the beachside of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Conveniently located steps from the beach and next to the Sandestin® Hilton.

Market Street
Located just a short stroll from the animated Village of Baytowne Wharf and adjacent to the Baytowne Conference Center, the Grand Sandestin is the centerpiece of the Village accommodations.
